My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location near to Taganskaia metro station, and the staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was in the very heart of the city and close to the metro station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Alexander and Rateb, who both provided excellent service throughout my stay.

Fast accommodation and chic rooms.
It's a little far from the subway. No free parking.

I had a small but pleasant room at The Rooms Boutique Hotel. Although I arrived late at night and needed to work, I encountered an issue with the internet signal in the room. I went to the front desk for assistance and, despite the initial unhelpful response, the staff eventually offered me another room for the night. The hotel's location is great.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Taganskaia metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also in the heart of the city, so it's closer to popular attractions like the Kremlin and vibrant nightlife. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered is nice and there is a relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff are friendly and fix any issues that may arise.
The shower in some rooms may be outdated and in need of repair.

Nice location, the rooms have everything.
I don't understand why five stars. The hotel is nice, but it's not 5 stars. Breakfast is 790 rubles, nothing.

The hotel offers spacious and luxurious rooms with unique round beds and fantastic decor. The bathrooms are also luxurious and there is plenty of storage space available. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel provides kettles for boiling water and a wide selection of tea and coffee. The minibar is well-stocked and interestingly includes a box of condoms. The breakfast and restaurant at the hotel are fabulous. The location is convenient, with reasonable distances to the metro station and city center.
Felt like being at home, nothing to complain about.

During my Christmas visit to this hotel, I was pleased with a few things: First, the location was great! It was a 5-minute walk away from the nearest metro station. Second, the staff was helpful and friendly and made sure to reserve us a table at a nearby restaurant for Christmas dinner. Finally, the breakfast buffet was quite good and offered a nice variety of international foods.
There were a few disappointing things about my stay. First, the bathroom needed some work—the hot water was full of rust and sediment, and the tub was leaking.

I recently stayed at the Rooms Boutique Hotel for a few nights during my trip to Moscow. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and allowed us to check in early. The hotel itself was very nice, with spacious rooms and a unique circular bed. I also appreciated the window separation between the bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and had two great restaurants nearby.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Celebrating New Year at this hotel was enjoyable. I loved the spacious and well-equipped room and the hearty breakfast buffet. The hotel’s location was also very convenient – just a few steps away from the metro station and nearby restaurants. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
There were a few things that could have been improved. The bathroom was a bit outdated and the showerhead needed attention.

First of all, the complementary champagne upon arrival was a nice touch. Also, the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city which made sightseeing a breeze. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The staff didn't seem very helpful or friendly, and communicating was a struggle due to language barriers. while there were some positives to this hotel, the negatives definitely outweighed them.
